What kind of containers is meth cooked in?

I have new neighbors behind me. Yesterday there was a explosive sound that came from their back yard. Sounded like someone fired off a m-80. And I saw a piece of material fly into my yard. I went and picked it up. It was the kind of stuff that they put on counter tops in a kitchen, or something used for cooking or baking. Could it have been someone cooking meth?
Two guys live there right now and there are no kids. And my other neighbor determine the material is glazed ceramic. Also there is a garage around the back of the house. This is where the explosion came from. The garage door was part way open when it happened.
They get a lot of people stopping there all the time. But no one ever stays long.

    I believe bathtubs and pots are the preferred containers of choice for tweakers. Find out for sure, if they are, burn their house down, cops/firefighters will find all the meth fixins, problem solved.

    Chances are it wasn’t someone cooking meth as it is doubtful they’d be doing it in the backyard. If you’re unsure and suspect illegal activity, contact the police (anonymously if it would make you feel more comfortable) and tell them exactly what you wrote here. There could be a simple explanation but if it is a meth lab that caused the explosion, do you want to let it go? If there was one explosion, there could always be another and it might not be so small. Don’t wait until it’s too late. Hopefully, it was something innocent. But better safe than sorry.

    Sounds more like some dumb (although meth heads aren’t real bright either) kid blew the bejeezes out of his moms good stainless steel mixing bowl with an M-80. If you call the cops, she’s going to find out and kill him, then you’ll have a crime. Another more sinister plot would be a terrorist training camp run by Osama or Obama, I can never keep those two straight, just call Homeland Security I ‘think’ they know them apart? Meth heads, as dumb as they are, don’t like to draw attention to themselves with loud explosions. Unless they’re in it. If you didn’t find body parts with the mixing bowl they’re probably still OK and running like hell.

    It is either a meth lab, or some kids are fooling around with m-80s. If it is a couple with teenagers, it is probably the latter. If you notice a lot of people stopping by at odd hours and staying for a short amount of time, call the cops because it is the former. Hydrochloric acid, when it is dissolved in a chemical, smells like bacon and gross, gross egg-fart. If you smell that, call the cops.

    Sounds like old MIAMI ,Fl. to me .
    Might want to call the D.E.A. or Police and let them check it out.
