Vt man who let toddler ingest methadone sentenced
NEWPORT, Vt. (AP) — A Vermont man whose toddler ingested methadone has been given a suspended jail term. Thirty-four-year-old Nathaniel Stahl , of Marshfield, was sentenced Wednesday to 6 to 12 months in jail — all suspended — and ordered to serve 30 days on furlough and community service.
