David Parnell shot himself while under the influence of meth. He literally split his face in two. He miraculously survived and is now a public speaker. He’s determined to use his second chance to try and prevent others from following in his footsteps.

    @BongHitsToTheHead: I have looked up many studies into weed (as I used to smoke it heavily) and don’t talk out my arse. At the end of the day, alcohol is toxic but people enjoy it. Weed has damaging effects, but many people smoke it. That’s up to them. However saying it is totally safe is ignorant and incorrect. By the way it is charged carbon particles in smoke that exert an oxidative effect on living tissue causing the damage that leads to cancer or pulmonary fibrosis.

    That’s rubbish. It is just a fact that many weed smokers also smoke tobacco so you can’t distinguish which source caused the fatal lung disease (such as COPD, emphysema or cancer). The other important fact is that synthetic dopamine agonists such as THC cause psychosis and mess up peoples lives. I have no problem with people smoking weed, it’s their choice, but stating that it is safe is ignorant.

    @cmcgarth1O you’re a total moron – any smoke you inhale is damaging to your lungs. get your facts right man. weed will kill you as fast as cigs. it doesn’t matter if you vaporize it or mix it up with tobacco or just as a blunt. all smoke you push into yer lungs is lethal potentially in the long run.
