Stabbing at Methadone Clinic in Moncton

Shortly before noon today a man in his 20′s was stabbed in the leg at a Methadone Clinic at 353 High Street . 2 Men took off from the scene in a tan colored SUV. The man that was stabbed was taken to hospital by ambulance. Video aired on CTV & ASN news.

    You know what, a lot of people actually get to live a normal life when on methadone, not everyone is a criminal and some ppl get off methadone and live a normal life.

    I do admit that some people are a waste of money and time, and never really use methadone to better themselves. But a whole lot of people do.

    Sad,I am sure that the idiotic anti-methadone groups will try to place the blame on methadone. Methadone saved my life and many others that I know…it is a miracle drug WHEN USED PROPERLY. I just wish that the lies and misinformation about the medicine would stop. It is 100 percent safe when used as directed..as is any medicine. Well,take care people and if you have a severe opiate addiction and have tried rehab,NA and such and nothing works..give methadone maintenance a try..it may save you.

    Yes, it used to be the co-operators, it has been a clinic now for about 3 months. Also crazy events happen all over this city, methadone clinic or not. Hepatica85, why in the world would a medical clinic be anonymous, and why is it scary? What I find scary is people who dont make any sense. And yes CSIS25 methadone (not meth) is pretty big here just like it is anywhere. It helps many people regain control of their lives. What is scary is the people that are not there getting the help they need!!

    hepatica how can the clinic be annymous when the methadone is also dispense in a harmacy right in front of other customers…. she opened it so it would be more practical for the users ..
