    Yet another victim of America’s War on Drugs. If not for criminalization of drugs, Rodney could have received help as a patient instead of being thrown in jail. Shame on the DEA and all those who treat addicts as criminals instead of patients, for they are the ones truly responsible for Rodney’s death.

    That sucks… Rodney was a charming young man from what I was told. He was a good guy to have in your corner and he walked the walk. He was unbelieveably handsome and had a future. He blew it when he got hooked on drugs. It is too bad and I feel bad for his family.

    This guy could’ve really gone places.he got the right combo of talent and looks and also a carisma that you just instantly fall in love with, which happened to me after seeing “my own private idaho” for the first time.

    I’m composing a montage of the work I’ve been in and I remember meeting Rodney the day of my audition for Mixed Blood. When I got the part in the movie I had hoped to get to know him but, things moved pretty fast on the set. I had no idea he was a tortured soul until I saw his biography on TV a few years back. May he rest in peace. I always thought he was talented and easy on the eyes. May his friends and family find comfort in the good memories they were able to partake with him.
