    i had this last week , i drank alot of coffee and then trying to sleep so i took risperidone 2mg still couldnt sleep then ended up taking 6mg still couldnt sleep i felt like i was going to die. i was all out of benzos they said it was benzo withdrawl. then they gave me more benzos.i feel better now i stopped drinking coffee at night ;(

    yes that helps during the acute episode i used it in the patient i had have that once, iv… for the muscles….well the eps or muscle stiffness from the dopamine blockade in the nigrostriatal tract causes muscle stiffness, then rigidity then actually breaks the muscles into fibers that deposit in the kidneys and cause renal failure, its bad, its untreated muscle stiffness and damage and little muscle fragments plugging up the kidneys… does that help

    when using antipshycotics new or old it messes with dopamine so my guess is these drugs do infact cause some tipe of neuroleptic damadge.
