You make a great point most people don’t realize. When I am on cycle I always do burnout sets at the end to push the gains. Not on cycle there is noway to do this without becoming exhausted and losing reps off next lift. For example when off cycle on inclines for example I use sets of 10,8,6,4,6. On cycle I use 12,10,8,6,16. If I tried that off cycle I would just burnout and be toning muscles as opposed to making gains. Great video though.

My experience with steroids is detailed in a youtube vid called Naturally Massive and Rapid Muscle Growth

I believe you can get up on stage with an incredible physique, drug free. As for my program, there are just the two months and that’s it. You’ll have the whole thing. Good luck either way.

Steroids can give some guys a messed up perspective on life’s priorities. It’s sad when guys wind up investing in nothing but their muscles, but neglect the mind.

Yes the owner of a gym I went to took steroids to the point of abuse! In the end he used to sit in the gym in a top hat and cane totally out of his mind!

Hey Sebastian, up front and honest I wanna get big and compete, I’m prepared to do wateva it takes even if this is steroids. With your program after the 2 months cost is thier anymore or thats it and you’ve got the info as it seems logical for me to try this before I go doing any drugs.

allright, thanks! I love eggs, potatoes rice and some veggies. Good thing is there realtivly cheap for college as well! Just wanted to bulk up a bit. ty
BTTHEBAND says:
Sweet potatoes, eggs, rice, vegetables, and protein powder.
If you want to gain more muscle eat 1-2g of protein per pound of weight per day. ex. 195Ibs should eat 195g or 390g of protein.
abandond says:
I’m not saying high weight only for natural guys. What I’m suggesting is that you ned both high and low. In contrast a steroid user needs to be cautious about heavy lifting for the sake their ligament tissues. Steroid users also tend to do better with exclusively high rep training than natural guys.

LATS60, are you addressing this video or something from Polaphuca?
LATS60 says:
You need to understand how to promote muscle hypertrophy, this statement shows you don’t, whether natural or chemicaly enhanced, judging by your look in the videos i assume you aren’t talking from experience either.
Polaphuca says:
OK I get high number of reps of moderate wieght for steroid users. Low number of reps (6-8?) and high weight for natural. Makes sense-do you know any good websites out there for the natural bodybuilder or a good book training program?

how do you prevent yourself from building any muscle mass? because ive had about a 6-7% body fat through the past 3.5 years of highschool, i did 3 years of crew, 2 of cross country and im starting a year of wresteling, so what exactly should i be eating, because all of the magazines tend to “overwhelm” me with all of these different opinions so i just go with what i see best, i eat allot of sugary and salty substances do too my low body fat percentage, is that the right idea? please respond, ty

Steroids provide a ready made anabolic environment. However, they also increase the risk of ligament and tendon damage, since the muscle can strengthen faster than the connective tissue. This makes sets that involve reps as high as 10 to 15 a safer bet, without slowing growth and ensuring less injury. A steroid charged anabolic environment responds to high rep training and still produce a muscle growth result. Natural training depends on both low and high reps for growth and cell volumization.
abandond says:
In reference to your own words, “The training is only different, because of how your body reacts.” That is essentially my point. Natural bodybuilders are not going to get the same reaction to high rep training as a steroid user. Going for the pump can work toward assisting with muscle growth for a steroid user, but it won’t work so well for a guy that is clean. Clean guys must use heavier weight to force growth. Power lifting on steroids is a different issue, as the goal is power, not growth.
seancadams says:
I disagree with you. The training is only different, because of how your body reacts. If a power lifter uses steroids, why would they use higher reps? I’d think they’d use more weight.
It’s your goals and how your body reacts to the stimulus. You need to lift and figure that out on your own.

Actually a really good video my friend, you weren’t biased and rude about people who use pharmaceuticals. Good job man!
