The Canadian government, current led by social conservatives, seeks to roll back social attitudes by scaring the population about drugs. Youth are a handy scapegoat in this case.

    Cocaine laced with weed does nothing. 95% of the chemical is destroyed from the heat. The only other option is lacing it with crack cocaine, which also doesnt work, unless you were using a crack pipe

    My last comment I left out that meth was only mentioned once and yet it’s one of the most devestating drugs there is. Heroin, amphetamine, steroids and morphine don’t even deserve a mention I suppose? Yet those bastards had to put marijuana twice. It shows how obviously naive this government is on drugs.

    I agree that this is not only a mockery of the intelligence of Canadians but a HUGE waste of tax dollars. I happen to know a few kids that were involved in this commercial and they were fed 3 5 star meals a day plus snacks, 500% spending money for “food” despite the meals being provided and flights and hotel for those outside the GTA.
