Wow… it’s strange how all the old bodybuilders such as Arnold, Lou, Franco, and many other are in great shape and not a single one of them has had a heart attack. How did they get this information? Did they go to every American that had a heart attack and ask them if they are a bodybuilder? ha

It’s a fact that, to be as “strong” as this guy you have to take, call them, products to improve your body
It’s medically demonstrated that bodybuilders have 5 times more the possibility to suffer a heart collapse than a normal person and that they don’t generate as much strength as they seem to have….so they are not good jogging, riding a bike, playing soccer, boxing….nothing but getting attention on the beach

Of course it’s a different story if you’re making your living from bodybuilding but I’m not really arguing on that. I just think that bodybuilding is endless repetition and if you aren’t doing it to get money there are endless sports which will provide you with more action and adrenaline and bulking up will make it hard for you to perform in those, at least if you don’t put the same amount of energy in endurance training as you do in bodybuilding.

Yes you’re right the fact that they have to spend all their time to maintain their muscle structure is one of many reasons why they can’t get good at what I refer to as “real sports”. I just believe, yes it’s my opinion, that weight training shouldn’t be done just to grow muscles, because in most sports this muscle mass will hinder you and I experienced that myself. Doing some weight-training to support you in a sport is okay to me, but not making weight training a sport itself.
