Sooo… the first ever Youtube public announcement made by Tobi. It was suppose to say Public Service announcement but oh well. At 100 views I’ll start working on tobi’s 2nd PSA My first time using paint in a video… hope it isn’t too bad on the artwork or story line. Enjoy and give me some feed back.
