Making cannabis class B will not make anyone say “Wow, I better stop then”. If people want to do something then they will do it, there’s nothing really stopping them.
And as for under-18′s using it, it’s probably because it’s easier to get than legal things like alcohol. I’m 17, get ID’d a lot for alcohol, but I can go to any drug dealer and get ANYTHING. Drug dealers don’t ID.
I don’t believe that I (and many others) are smarter than the government … but … the evidence points this way.

I agree, I think in terms of motivation and laziness, it just turns out that people who enjoy cannabis are lazy people anyway, and smoking cannabis is a part of their lazy attitude.
I wouldn’t say it CAUSES laziness! As for mental health issues, even the government scientists have said that you need to have latent mental illness before smoking for that risk to even manifest itself!
