    Brooks Kubik is too cool. Anyone who can train the way he does at 50 years old is a total beast I talked to him on the phone one night about lifting for about an hour and never once did he seem like he would rather br doing something else

    I know i sound like a twit, but dino training, when its training time, its a dastardly thing, ive puked many times when dino training, its extremely hard

    UNEARTHLY strenght. Brooks is a real DINO MAN. Look how low the bar rests on his shoulder and try to lift that way… with forearms parallel to the ground… it’ terribly hard. Any way he is built for Squat, short legs and long torso. Check out his book “Dinosaur Training” one of the best books on training out there
