    Hi Don….great to be reminded that serenity does not mean I will get my way or that it is a state of an absence of conflict or crisis…or sorrow or pain. Today the gift of the fellowship for me is that i can sit in and through painful times and not have to use substances or behaviors to cope with them…that to be spiritually fit is to experience the gift of joy which stands apart from “happiness”, happiness being a condition subject to external factors and events..till tomorrow..
