    I’ve learned so much from watching you in these videos but above all I use the following:
    1. focusing on one day only
    2. my perfectionism, procrastination, paralysis
    3. my feeling less than behind my destructive behaviors
    4. that God speaks to me through other people…specially in meetings
    5. that it’s okay to sit through the fear and feel the fear…or anger…or resentments,…
    Sure these videos do not take the place of meetings, but they sure help crystallize what I need for the day.
